8 cups chopped Asian Greens (pak choi, mizuna)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
vinaigrette dressing
Get out four salad bowls and divide greens among them. Add walnuts, then raisins, then top with goat cheese. Drizzle lightly with vinaigrette and serve.
